Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why do you need my license? 

                Before coming out and putting you behind the wheel of one of our vehicles, we need to make sure you are you and licensed to drive.  We do the same thing for test drives at the dealership.

2. Can I test drive the exact car I want?

                Yes. The more you know about the vehicle you want the better.  Ideally, you can select an actual vehicle in our inventory. But we can also pick a vehicle for you if you know the model and trim that you're looking for.

3. Do you do test drives anywhere?

                We'll do our best to get to you, but generally try to stay within X miles of our store.  But don't hesitate to ask if we can come further. If we've got the time, we'll do everything we can to make it work.

4. Do you do test drives anytime?

                We try to schedule remote test drives Monday to Friday because we're all hands on deck at the dealership on weekends. And we also try to avoid rush hour. But with that said, our sales representatives will work with you to find a time that makes most sense.

5. Who will take me on the test drive?

                A Honda sales representative from Ourisman Honda of Tyson's Corner will come to you. It will be the same one that you've set up the appointment with.

6. Is there a cost for your coming to me?

                No.  This is all about our making this process easier and more convenient--not more expensive!

7.  What if I need to change or cancel the test-drive?

                Just text, email or call the sales representative who schedule the test drive with you.
